We are an advertising company and as such deliver targeted traffic to our members based upon the advertising package they purchase. NextGenMarket.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of our earnings program at anytime with or without notice.

1.Multiple Accounts
Users may NOT open multiple accounts. There may be two accounts per IP address, that refer each other, providing a support ticket is submitted with proper proof that each account is owned and operated by a separate individual. Each account must use a separate payment processor account and email address.

2.Fraud
NextGenMarket.com makes every effort to ensure the security of the payment process, but in the event of a security breach, NextGenMarket.com shall be held harmless for funds not received, and will not be held liable to make restitution for funds stolen from user.

3.Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our advertising delivery system no refunds are applicable since your product is delivered immediately upon payment.

4.Purchasing Advertising Units
User understands and agrees that all Advertising units last until have earned 150%. Member agrees that all money collected through the NextGenMarket.com website is for the expressed purpose of advertising a specific advertisement to our members, and that they are PURCHASING advertising credits in the amount of 10 full page views per $1.00 spent. Once advertising credits are delivered upon completion of your transaction, all revenue collected becomes the sole property of NextGenMarket.com.
YOU ARE NOT INVESTING. User understands and agrees that any transactions processed through the NextGenMarket.com website are transactions for the sole purpose of purchasing for advertising services. User understands and agrees that Advertising Packs can be purchased up to a maximum of $10,000.00.

5.Viewing/Surfing Earnings
Advertisers have the opportunity to participate in the viewing of premium and other members ads. Advertisers who participate in this optional opportunity have the potential to earn up to 6% of their personal membership level per day. Participating users must actively view the ads; it is against of these Terms and Conditions to let the ads run without actively viewing them.

6.Payments
As NextGenMarket.com's performance allows, users will be paid viewing commissions on a daily basis. Users must request a "cashout" in order to be paid. Business members are permitted up to 3 cashout request per 7 days.

7.Referral Commissions
Advertisers may earn additional income by referring other advertisers to NextGenMarket.com. Referrals must be directed to the program through the User's specific individual referral link to qualify. For all Referral accounts, the User shall receive a commission between 2% - 10%, depending on their purchase level, for each and every Advertising Package purchased by their referral. This bonus commission shall continue each time their referral purchases any additional Advertising Packages.

8.Permitted Use of the NextGenMarket.com Website
Users may not, under any circumstances, use this NextGenMarket.com website to post or transmit any material of an abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, indecent, pornographic nature that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offence or otherwise violate any law.

9.Prohibited Sites
Web sites with adult content, offensive material, frame freezer, rotator, redirect, hate, auto installers viral pop-ups are absolutely prohibited and not acceptable. All members are urged to use the Abuse Report link located on the surf bar to report any site that is in violation of our policy. You may also submit an 'abuse report' ticket at: NextGenMarket Ticket System. Please provide the site URL if possible.

Repeat offenders will have their website(s) banned for breaking these Terms and Conditions and their accounts terminated, forfeiting all revenue generated. We wish to make NextGenMarket.com an enjoyable place and ask members to respect other member's rights.

10.Anti-Spam Policy
NextGenMarket.com does not tolerate spam in any form. User understands and agrees that NextGenMarket.com considers any spamming by the User to be against these Terms and Conditions, and will result in the User's account being terminated. Any User who receives SPAM from a NextGenMarket.com client should report this to NextGenMarket.com immediately.

11.Security Policy
E-mail 'spoofing' allows hackers to send messages to people with information that looks like it came from NextGenMarket.com. We will never request your password, name, address, or any other such personal information by e-mail.
